Dear DotAsia Member,

In light of legal advice received by DotAsia Organisation, announced at DotAsia’s website on Jan 11, 2021 and explained in the Board Chair Letter on Recent Issues and Disputes as to Governance, the Board Elections Procedures (BEP) 2021 has been updated accordingly and endorsed by the DotAsia Board.

 

The highlight of the amendment includes:

- made generic appointment of third-party scrutineer

- updated from ratification to reporting of election results at AGM
