Thank you to those that have provided feedback to Draft 1 of the Board Elections Procedures (BEP) 2026.  Draft 2 of the BEP (https://www.dot.asia/board-elections-2026/) has been updated accordingly and endorsed by the DotAsia Board.   The BEP is open for member’s feedback, with the final version scheduled to be posted on Dec 3, 2025.

The first draft of the DotAsia Board Elections Procedures (BEP – an update of BGC-004), along with a Draft Notice for the upcoming Board Elections 2026 are now posted at https://www.dot.asia/board-elections-2026/. Please provide your comment or feedback to boardsec@dot.asia.  The changes are highlighted in the “redlined” version.
The DotAsia Board will review any input and consider further edits to the BEP based on received feedback.
