The Nominations Committee has determined, based on the information available to it as of April 12, 2024, that all the Nominees meet the eligibility criteria to be nominated for the DotAsia Board Election 2024.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION for The Electorate***

Based on the DotAsia Board Election Procedures,

SPONSOR CATEGORY

DotAsia will enter into the voting process, which starts on April 29, 2024 (Mon), and ends on May 8, 2024 (Wed) at 23:59 UTC (i.e. a 10-day voting period), with the following 3 candidates presented for election to the 2 seats in the Sponsor Member category:

Thomas BARRETT

Boyoung KIM

After voting, the 2 who receive the highest number of votes will be deemed elected.

Candidate bios and statements of interest (SOI) will be posted on the voting platform and https://www.dot.asia/board-elections-2024/.

CO-SPONSOR CATEGORY

Since the number of candidates standing for the election in the Co-Sponsor Member category is equal to the number of vacancies in that category (i.e. we have 2 candidates and 2 seats), no voting would be required.

Therefore, Satish BABU and Rupesh Bhakta SHRESTHA are deemed elected as they are the only candidates in the Co-Sponsor Member category.

In accordance with the updated DotAsia Articles of Association Section 4. Rotation of Directors, 1 Co-Sponsor candidate would serve 2 years, and 1 Co-Sponsor candidate would serve 3 years. A drawing of lots will be conducted by the voting system BigPulse on May 9, 2024, at 00:00 UTC. The winner of the draw will serve the 3-year term of service.

WHITELISTING

1. BigPulse is the online voting platform used for this election. BigPulse sends emails from the domain name mail1.bigpulse.com, which currently uses the IP addresses 209.15.228.130, 209.15.228.126, and 5.44.19.188. Please whitelist these IP addresses. At the start of the voting period, a customized ballot, including voting instructions, will be sent to the eligible Voting Representative of each Sponsor Member.

2. Upon voting, a vote receipt will be sent to the voter and copied to the third-party scrutineer (jesse@abacushkcpa.com). Additionally, the scrutineer will send out a confirmation email to each voter and the voter is required to reply to the scrutineer within 48 hours. Any votes that are not confirmed within 48 hours may be counted as invalid. Please whitelist jesse@abacushkcpa.com.
