Dear DotAsia Members, This is an update to the single agenda item on the appointment of auditors for the upcoming EGM as duly called earlier. After our AGM on Feb 28, 2021, the Board Finance Committee (BFC) and the Board considered the feedback from Members at the AGM and sought Baker Tilly (formerly proposed auditors at the AGM) for further clarifications. Baker Tilly subsequently declined the potential engagement as auditors for DotAsia. The DotAsia Board since further looked at 3 other shortlisted firms. Please find attached information regarding the 3 shortlisted audit firms according to aspects that were considered and compared. The DotAsia Board has deliberated on the matter and is proposing the appointment of Mazars HK for the Members' consideration and adoption at the upcoming EGM.
