Dispute Resolution; a 96 hours dispute resolution period, ending January 11, 2026, 23:59 UTC has now elapsed and I am writing to you to announce that the completed of nomination period results can be found at https://2026.nominations.board.dot.asia/ and for your convenience are included in the table below. [image: image.png] Nomination Results The Nominations Committee has determined, based on the information available to it as at January 9, 2026, that all the Nominees meet the eligibility criteria to be nominated for the DotAsia Board Election 2026. As per the Notice of Board Elections 2026 <https://www.dot.asia/policies/NoticeOfBoardElections2026-20251203.pdf>, a Nominations Report will be available by January 14, 2026. Access to the report will be available on January 14, 2026 via the following link: https://dot.asia/docs/elections/dotasia2026-nominations-report_R.zip Nomination Outcome SPONSOR CATEGORY Since the number of candidates standing for the election in the Sponsor Member category is equal to the number of vacancies in that category (i.e. we have 2 candidates and 2 seats), no voting is required. Rose JAMIESON and Thy TRY are therefore deemed elected as they are the only candidates in the Sponsor Member category. CO-SPONSOR CATEGORY DotAsia will enter into the voting process, which starts on January 19, 2026 (Mon), and ends on January 29, 2026 (Thu) 23:59 UTC (i.e. a period of 10 days), with the following 2 candidates up for election for the 1 seat in the Co-Sponsor Member category: Satish BABU Kevin MEYNELL After voting, the one who receives the highest number of votes will be deemed elected. Whitelisting 1. BigPulse is the online voting platform used for this election.
