Note that as explained in BEP2021 (https://www.dot.asia/policies/DotAsia-BoardElections2021_AmendedFINAL-COMPL ETE-2021-01-25.pdf see Endnote), it is anticipated from this year onwards that two documents will be maintained, with the procedures being a policy document that may not be changed each year, and the details and dates published as a notice separately, which is anticipated to be updated each year.
