I would like to remind the Elections Committee and the Board that This by-election is illegal. Dotasia no longer has a Board that can meet quorum. There are only 3 directors : Alireza Saleh Akinori Maemura Satish Babu. The M&A is here: https://www.dot.asia/policies/DotAsia%20M&A%202009-06-26.pdf Clause 52 of the M&A states that “The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall not be less than six Directors”. So this Board has no power to call a By-election. It has no power to contract the same Elections Committee Team. It doesn’t even have the power to Open a Bank Account. Furthermore, the Elections Committee has not responded to the issues of vote-rigging raised by various Directors: - Edmon received the termination Notice on Jan 7 from .AM yet practically begged Liana Galstyan to (illegally) vote for his candidates, on behalf of .AM in the election. - MO had written to say on Feb 7 that there was no authorized voter from MO. Yet Someone sounding like “the rumors must stop” Edmon sent email from the dotasia@monic.mo account but refused to identify himself or give his position. This strongly indicates that there was a breach in the Mail System of MONIC. - There is no explanation for why Santanu Acharya has found 12 ccTLDs who vouch that they voted for him, and yet the official tally is 1 short. - There is no explanation for why Kashif Adeel has found 10 ccTLDs who vouch that they voted for him, and yet the official tally is 1 short. I think the Members should, at this point, make a decision as to HOW we should handle this problem of the crippled board, and the absence of Directors. And not leave it in the hands of people who have not kept the election fair. Let's get it right this time. And to the remaining board members, please do comply with HK Laws. Thank You.
