If the group is agreeable, I think a call would be useful to kickstart the committee and align some expectations. I would be more than keen to hear some learnings this group has over the years of handling complaints and what the on-ground committee members should look out for. We wouldn’t be making any changes to the CoC (Code of Conduct) immediately in this call, I don’t think, but sharing some context and initial thoughts as to why a refreshed of CoC is desirable may be useful as a reference.
In the meantime, please find the working document here for you to comment on / make any suggested edits.
