Dear all,
I don't think a bit added time (perhaps 15 minutes) might be useful.  It is really going to depend on the audience and how questions go.  However, if the time allocation is 45 minutes, this may be the initiative to do follow-on participation at an upcoming APAC web conference, or in Johannesburg.

I'm not sure if this helps!  Just my thoughts!

As mentioned in the last call, we have been thinking of making the information a bit more redundant as the experience is that there are always new comers to APAC Space.  Perhaps for the agenda, we can keep it as-is, and we can play a bit by ear in Copenhagen to get a show of hands if a super majority is already up to speed on the item, then we can skip to questions/discussions and then the remainder of the agenda.

I am wondering whether we really need 4 & 5 (New gTLD Subsequent Procedures).

 

It seems not the best use of a face-to-face session considering that we had multiple webinars on the topic already and there will be multiple updates or even a working group meeting during ICANN 58.
