This is to continue the topic about the next APAC space topic. On the call, I proposed the topic of Data Privacy/Protection as an topic of interest. More specifically, I looked at discussing about the GDPR and how it affects us here in Asia. Pam, You brought up a very good point about how this is being discussed as a co-RySG (Registry Stakeholder Group / RrSG (Registrar Stakeholder Group effort to seek a path forward with ICANN. I know that a discussion on this in the APAC space would be very broad. I also agree that each organization should seek their own legal advice. However, merely having the discussion itself on a broad level will spread awareness. I think that there are still a lot of individuals who are not aware of the GDPR and how or if it may affect them.
