Dear friends and colleagues, As there were no comments to the proposed change of date for the APAC Space Web Conference, we will proceed with 27 September 2016. With regard to the APAC Space Web Conference agenda, after some discussion with the ICANN Policy team regarding ways to encourage APAC participation in the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP, the policy team have suggested inviting the PDP Working Group (WG) Co-Chairs to speak at the upcoming Web Conference. WG Co-Chair Ms. Avri Doria has kindly accepted the invitation. The WG Co-Chair’s presence at the web conference will allow APAC stakeholders the opportunity to have first-hand interaction with leadership from the WG, and gain exposure on ways to contribute to Working Groups. Hence, we propose having the WG Co-Chair share her perspective on what the co-chairs look out for from WG members, how do they work to get diverse views, as well as to encourage APAC community members to participate. This could then be followed by a Q&A / discussion with the APAC stakeholders. Below is the revised agenda, which we will send to the wider APAC community. Agenda: 1.
