Even if they have not signed yet, as long as they have near term plans to sign I think they would be a good addition to the panel. I think it's important to have more Asian representation on the panel than not, and right now it's not looking as good as I would like. I've got three westerners, including myself, and two Asians, including Edmon. Do you know of any regional organizations that have or will be signing their domains with DNSSEC? It would be good to get a "user" on the Monday panel also.
