Hi I am Vishaarad from Fiji and would like to nominate myself for the above mentioned position. I am fairly new to IG and was awarded one of the top four students of the first edition of APIGA. Apart from this I have no formal qualification or education in IG. I have also been a fellow for the APrIGF in 2017. My personal IG interest include End User empowerment of those who do not have a formal IG background. Other IG related areas I am interested in is Social Media for Emergency Management. I have keen interest in the Asian region and have spend time in India under the Know India Programme & Indonesia under Indonesian Art & Culture Scholarship.
