As 4 seats were available to be filled in this Member category; 4 candidates were nominated, supported, and accepted nominations, and the required geographic sub-region diversity with at least 1 appointment to the Board being from each of the following subregions: 1. Australia & Pacific; 2. Central & South East Asia; 3. North East Asia and therefore, Article 33 of the DotAsia Memorandum and Articles is met; there was *no requirement for any vote *to be conducted in this By-Election of the Sponsor Member Class Directors for 2023, and these candidates can be declared.
