Hi Everyone I am wondering whether we really need 4 & 5 (New gTLD Subsequent Procedures). It seems not the best use of a face-to-face session considering that we had multiple webinars on the topic already and there will be multiple updates or even a working group meeting during ICANN 58. I believe there might be some new faces from the meeting that hasn’t participated in the calls before. Hence some of the repetitive new gTLDs updates on 4. and 5. would help their understanding of the issues. Hi Pam, As mentioned in the last call, we have been thinking of making the information a bit more redundant as the experience is that there are always new comers to APAC Space. Perhaps for the agenda, we can keep it as-is, and we can play a bit by ear in Copenhagen to get a show of hands if a super majority is already up to speed on the item, then we can skip to questions/discussions and then the remainder of the agenda. Would that work for you? Thanks Pam, the newsletter is very useful for me too! Hmm, looking at the agenda, if you add the first 3 items together it is around 45 min, do you know/think the RySG team would need a longer? Perhaps for the agenda, we can keep it as-is, and we can play a bit by ear in Copenhagen to get a show of hands if a super majority is already up to speed on the item, then we can skip to questions/discussions and then the remainder of the agenda. Would that work for you? It seems not the best use of a face-to-face session considering that we had multiple webinars on the topic already and there will be multiple updates or even a working group meeting during ICANN 58. Edmon - Personally, I would think the RySG outreach session could do with more time but I am adding Cherie and Sue who are better placed to respond. Hi Cherie and Sue - Could you please respond to Edmon’s question?
