I believe the panel for the Summit is now complete. The list is currently: Lance Wolak, .ORG Joao Damas, ISC/BIND Yoshiro Yoneya, JPRS Edmon Chung, DotAsia Siamak Hadinia, APNIC Xiaodong Lee, CNNIC Pensri Arunwatanamongkol, THNIC Nai-Wen Hsu, TWNIC Actually, Nai-Wen has not confirmed yet but I expect that will happen. I want to send an organizing message to all participants. I want to tell them that presentations are not required but I know that one or two will have a presentation, for example, JPRS will have some slides. I will probably put some slides together also, at least one with the names of the panelists. What are the logistics for receiving slides and projecting them? Who should I tell folks to send their slides to and what can they do on the morning of the panel to get their slides ready for projection? Thanks! Jim
Hi James, There should be a direct output from the stage if panellists choose to run PPTs from their own machines. As backup, I suggest speakers send the PPT files to me beforehand at: Kelvin@registry.asia. I can project from the A/V station if required. If speakers for whatever reason can't get the files to me beforehand, please direct them to the A/V station and I can copy the files there and then. We could have everyone send to this list. Or direct it to Yannis (yanis@isoc.hk) and/or Kelvin (kelvin@registry.asia). They will be helping us coordinate the logistics. Edmon PS. They are actually both on this mailing list, but adding their emails to cc for easy reference.

Please take note that Nai-Wen has declined as he is not attending Apricot. Pensri is also considering changing her mind. I'm trying to pull her back in so we'll see. Hi Jim, I wonder if Pensri is confirmed back in the panel? If so, I still need to coordinate the skype/presentation arrangements with her prior to the even opening.
