Actually, Nai-Wen has not confirmed yet but I expect that will happen.
I want to send an organizing message to all participants. I want to tell them that presentations are not required but I know that one or two will have a presentation, for example, JPRS will have some slides.
I will probably put some slides together also, at least one with the names of the panelists.
What are the logistics for receiving slides and projecting them? Who should I tell folks to send their slides to and what can they do on the morning of the panel to get their slides ready for projection?
