Dear DotAsia Members, Further to the announcement of the results of the DotAsia Board By-Election 2023 (attached), indicating that the duly nominated candidates are deemed elected and seated without requiring a voting period, in accordance with the Board Elections Procedures (BGC-004), the tentatively called EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) is also not necessary. As such, the EGM is cancelled.
