Dear DotAsia Members, Following the announcement of the DotAsia Board by-election 2023. Dear DotAsia Members, Further to the announcement of the results of the DotAsia Board By-Election 2023 (attached), indicating that the duly nominated candidates are deemed elected and seated without requiring a voting period, in accordance with the Board Elections Procedures (BGC-004), the tentatively called EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) is also not necessary. As such, the EGM is cancelled. In its place, a DotAsia Community Engagement Session will be organized, in furtherance of the commitment set forth in the Special Advisory from the Board (https://www.dot.asia/special-advisory-on-election-committee-report-and-next-...), that a meeting be held to provide “an open opportunity for Members to talk about the Report and its findings, as well as to share their thoughts about the implications for DotAsia in future Board Elections.” The DotAsia Community Engagement Session will be held on: Date: Tuesday, December 12, 2023 Time: 5:00 - 6:00 UTC Format: Online meeting via Zoom Zoom URL: http://aji.asia/dotasiazoom Brief Agenda Election Committee Report and By-Election DotAsia Governance Development & Strategic Plan AOB We look very much forward to seeing you virtually in this meeting.
