Attachment: NomCom Nominated Candidate Report (2x PDFs) Dear DotAsia Members, As part of the governance reforms we have made together this year, the composition of the DotAsia Board was changed to allow for the appointment of one Director nominated by the Nominations Committee, to balance the Board's diversity or skills etc. This change is specified in Article 3(5) of the DotAsia AA. The candidate identified by the NomCom will be appointed by the Board of Directors and seated at the annual general meeting of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Article 23. I am very happy to report that the Nomination Committee has nominated Ms. Jo-Fan YU and the DotAsia Board of Directors have welcomed this nomination. CO-SPONSOR MEMBER CATEGORY ELECTION RESULTS

As previously announced on April 25, 2024, the number of candidates standing for the election in the Co-Sponsor Member category is equal to the number of vacancies in that category (i.e. we have 2 candidates and 2 seats), no voting was required.

In accordance with the updated DotAsia Articles of Association Section 4. Rotation of Directors, 1 Co-Sponsor candidate would serve 2 years and 1 Co-Sponsor candidate would serve 3 years.

A drawing of lots was conducted by the voting system BigPulse on May 9, 2024 and the candidates terms of service is stated below:
