A yearly one-day session at the APrIGF is a great start (though I can also see the point that in the medium to longer term, we probably need to start thinking about a longer event, of the summer school type, instead!). As for the curriculum, would it be possible to add human rights and the Internet as well? This topic remains a considerable challenge across the region, and I believe different communities (including the business and technical communities) would benefit from capacity building on this issue.
