The vacancies in the Board Elections 2021 for each Member category are:

• Co-Sponsor Members: 1
The proposed timeline for the elections is as follows:
Finalization of Board Elections Procedures:
- Nov 4, 2020 (Today): Posting of Draft of Board Election Procedures
- Dec 2, 2020 (Wed): Posting of Revised Draft of Board Election Procedures (if necessary based on feedback received up to Dec 1)
- Dec 18, 2020 (Fri): Posting of Finalized Board Election Procedures
Nomination & Voting Periods:
- Dec 28, 2020 (Mon) – Nomination Period Begins (open for 5 weeks)
- Feb 1, 2021 (Mon) – Nomination Period Ends
- Feb 5, 2021 (Fri) – Voting Period Begins (if necessary, open for 2 weeks)
- Feb 19, 2021 (Fri) – Voting Period Ends
- Feb 28, 2021 (Sun) – Annual General Meeting (during APRICOT)
- Feb 28, 2021 (Sun) – New elected Board members assume office
