SPONSOR MEMBER CATEGORY ELECTION RESULTS

There were 2 vacancies in the Sponsor Member category. There were a total
of 22 eligible voters and each voter can select up to 2 candidates. A total
of 26 votes were received from 15 voters and all counted as valid.
Based on the voting results the following candidates were elected in the
Sponsor Member category:

CO-SPONSOR MEMBER CATEGORY ELECTION RESULTS

As previously announced on April 25, 2024, the number of candidates
standing for the election in the Co-Sponsor Member category is equal to the
number of vacancies in that category (i.e. we have 2 candidates and 2
seats), no voting was required.
In accordance with the updated DotAsia Articles of Association Section 4.
Rotation of Directors, 1 Co-Sponsor candidate would serve 2 years and 1
Co-Sponsor candidate would serve 3 years.
A drawing of lots was conducted by the voting system BigPulse on May 9,
2024 and the candidates terms of service is stated below:
